Palawan's Honey Nougat

If you have friends who will be visiting Palawan, make sure you ask them to bring you La Terrassee Cafe's famous dessert, the Honey Nougat.

This pasalubong or "bring it home food" is made from Palawan's nougat, wild honey and whole cashew nuts. Just remember to order two hours before your flight for they best stay frozen.
