This has to be the epitome of Chinese food in India. It is nothing but deep-fried batter-coated chicken cubes in a gravy made from onions, green chilies, garlic, vinegar and soy sauce. Usually eaten with rice, it never fails to get a sigh of contentment from those partaking of this gastronomic oddity.
