Shanghai Grilled Oysters is a unique seafood dish that is cooked in three different ways: oysters with black bean sauce, oysters with chili oil and garlic, and 'French' oysters in 'cheese' sauce. Although Shanghai is a seafood paradise with an entire street dedicated specially to oysters, mussels, scallops, crawfish and abalone.
