Paklay

Paklay is a traditionally Visayan dish that is also considered a weird, exotic dish to some as this stew is usually made from a combination of pork, goat or beef tripes, internal organs and offal. It is sautéed and cooked with ginger and chilies. Strips of vegetables like bell pepper, chilies and carrots are added to give a contrasting color besides flavor.

It is ideally paired with an ice-cold San Miguel Beer due to its heavy flavor and spicy taste.
