Mee Goreng Mamak can be found in stalls and restaurants through out the Malaysia. Popular for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a plate of this will satisfy your hunger and leave you patting your tummy with a smile on your face. Although the noodle is already mixed with eggs, there’s no harm in topping it up with a sunny side up for that extra flavor and popping presentation.
Sadly, you can try to replicate this one at home, but it’s just not going to taste the way it did when you chowed down at that gritty Malaysian hawker stall.
