Khao Jee

Khai Jee is a popular street food in Laos. It is a Lao-style French baguette that is split in half and filled with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, carrot, onion and optional cheese, moo yor (pork lunch meat), chopped ham and topped with pâté or chili sauce.
