Baida Roti is an Indian pan-fried square-shaped dough with interesting fillings: spiced meat (chicken, minced mutton, or bheja "brain") and whipped eggs with masala-fried onions. Though served with sliced onion rings and green chutney, they're delicious even without accompaniment.
