Leche Flan

One of my childhood favorites, leche flan has been passed down from generation to generation and recipe remained unchanged -  an egg and milk-based custard capped off with glistening caramelized sugar.

During celebrations such as parties and town fiestas, your dining table will not be perfect without it. By the way, you can also try the egg pie - a leche flan with a pie crust.
