Who says carabao milk suck? Well if you try Bulacan's favorite treat, you will probably change your mind. Made from fresh carabao milk and sugar, Pastillas de Leche is a sweet confection stirred until thick and melts in the mouth. Each piece is usually double-wrapped in paper.
If you go to where it is traditionally made, the paper wrappers are cut with ornate designs by hand. Give it go!
