Utan Bisaya, Visayan Vegetable Soup in English, is a Cebuano soup dish made from typical local vegetables (malunggay, alugbati, eggplant, okra, sikwa, ginger, tomato, chili)  usually found in the Philippines.


It is usually mixed with fried or charbroiled fish or dried salty fish, buwad in Cebuano, and are usually flaked in order to intensify the soup's flavor. Also added is fermented fish paste for additional saltiness.
